Couple of good songs thanking our vets;

Before You Go

Before You Go:VietNam

Please request your helmet upgrade kit here.  If you are trying to contribute or donate towards a kit, then click here

Why do we ask all these questions?  We want to make sure the folks with the greatest need (i.e. dangerous job and lower rank) are taken care of first. If others in your unit need the upgrade as well, send us the number of required kits and a person to receive/distribute, instead of multiple requests.

We do not and will not sell or exchange our private donor's or requestors list.

ALL personnel: please do not request a helmet upgrade unless you are headed to or IN bad-guy country without a padded suspension system.  "Bad-Guy country" does not include Japan, Germany, UK, Italy, or in-transit.

To purchase directly from the manufacturer please go to http://www.oregonaero.com/p81_2001.html  Make sure that you ask for the military or law enforcement discount, if applicable.

Tell us where to ship the upgrade kit:

What kind of helmet do you have?    PASGT LWH ACH MICH Don't know
Each helmet requires a different upgrade.  If you don't know what kind you have see our helmet page for more information.  As a note, the ACH and MICH helmets come with one of several types of pad kits.
If your helmet has a pad suspension system, what size are the pads?
If you aren't sure of the size, we will send the size 6 pads.  If you are currently in the AOR and don't currently have helmet pads, select NONE and tell us in comments block below.

If you are specifying a deployed address, it should look something like:

Rank: Sgt
Name: William V EXXXX
Organization: 2/2 E Co (1st Platoon)
Unit: Unit 73070
Shipping Address: Leave blank
City: FPO
State: AE
ZIP: 09509-3070

What kind of job will you be doing in the AOR, about when are you departing, and why do you need a kit?*  We don't want to know OPSEC sensitive information - just kind of stuff will you be doing (examples: aircraft mechanic, convoy duty, medic, CSAR, police, infantry, EOD, etc).  Why you need a kit is asked because all the services claim to be providing padded suspension systems.  If you have a kit, but it sucks - tell us!

How or where did you hear about us?

Comments? When you receive your upgrade, appreciate coming back to our site and filling out the survey on home page.

Please do not request a helmet upgrade unless you are headed to or are in bad-guy country WITHOUT a pad suspension system.
