These issued pads cause constant head pain … my helmet keeps falling down

Kits: 11. Hometown: FT. Bliss. Heard about us: Reddit. Duties: Convoy, NTC training. Current pads: CIF issued. “PAD HELMET, ADVANCED COMBAT SPM1C1-12-D-B014 NSN 8470-01-546-9407 9U425 LOT TW1176-2 Size: 3/4”. Comments: These pads cause constant head pain, we went to the range a few weeks ago and my helmet kept falling down. I ended up having to place magazine pouches i between my head and ACH to keep it from falling when I was shooting. I’ve heard my coworkers have issues as well, I haven’t seen anywhere else aside from here where I could get better quality padding. we would greatly appreciate it especially with our NTC rotation coming soon and all the convoying we’ll do when we return to EUCOM next year. Kits: 20. Hometown: San Antonio. Heard about us: Battle Buddy. Duties: Dismounted. Current pads: Basic Army Issue. Comments: The current ones used make it uncomfortable to keep the ACH on for long periods of time which then leads to soldiers having head aches during mission. SFC, US Army

Kits: 68. Hometown: Indiana. Heard about us: Google. Duties: GRF/ammunition. Current pads: Foam. Comments: My unit sends patrols twice a week with the summer months coming up helmets are going to get nasty inside. I would like to allow my infantry brothers to be able to work comfortably. Kits: 10 ACH Pads & 10 CVC Pads. Hometown: Queens, NY. Heard about us: Battle Buddy. Duties: Armor. Current pads: CIF Issued ACH Grey Stiff Pads. Comments: I have used you guys in my previous unit back in Fort Bliss with 1-35 AR. You guys were awesome to donate us pads for our platoon during our upcoming Operation Spartan Shield in Kuwait. Now I am currently stationed in Germany [opsec] I am once again requesting for your comfy pads for my platoon! If possible may we receive 10 ACH Pads & 10 CVC Pads since we’re Armor Crewman but regardless i’m not sure if there is a difference but I saw choosing a helmet type was an option. Once again many thanks and hope to hear from you guys pretty soon, thanks! SSG, US Army
